The SmarterWill Program, based on the DirectLaw Virtual Law Firm Platform is designed for attorneys with estate planning experience who want to expand their practice and brand on-line, and expand their prospect base for their existing traditional in-office estate planning practice.

We are soliciting no more than 150 attorneys nationwide to participate in a branded network of estate planning attorneys delivering estate planning documents online for a fixed and affordable fee.

Each firm will use a version of the SmarterWill Web Site, customized for their law firm's brand. The SmarterWill Web Site is powered by the DirectLaw Virtual Law Firm Platform, and the DirectLaw library of state-specific web-enabled estate planning documents. All firms will have a listing in a nationwide direct to consumer estate planning lead generation portal web site. Each participating law firm will be granted an exclusive territory.
