Richard Granat Speaking This Week at MSBA's "Unconvention"
DirectLaw's founder and CEO, Richard Granat is participating this week in the Minnesota's State Bar Association's "Nine Days in June" Unconvention. Instead of concentrating CLE in the Twin Cities Area, where most of the population is Minnesota is located, the MSBA does a road show throughout the state to make it easier for attorneys in other parts of the state to attend. It's a good idea for states that have manadtory CLE like Minnesota.
Richard Granat will be speaking in Blaine, MN on June 14, Bemidji, MN on June 15, and Duluth, MN on June 16. Check out the event information page here.
The presentation is titled: On-Line Legal Services: How to Build Your Practice in an On-Line World. The presentation focuses on how to add a virtual component to your law practice and deals with such topics as:
- What is virtual lawyering and on-line legal services?
- Why is virtual lawyering important?
- Ethical issues in virtual law practice.
- What is cloud computing and what are the risks?
- How can I add a virtual law practice component to my practice?
DirectLaw would like to thank the Minnesota State Bar for the opportunity to share our views on how virtual law practice should be a component of every law practice.
We hope to see you there.
